In the early 1970s, the company pioneered and perfected the use of concrete plank for multi-family construction - an advantage that allows our construction arm to complete mid-rise projects faster than its competitors and at a significantly lower cost. Our projects are planned to minimize waste and executed by pairing sustainable building practices and green technologies.
