Nancy Colletta Property Manager
As the manager of Briarwood Properties, Inc., Ms. Colletta oversees a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout New York City. She is primarily responsible for maintaining efficient operations at all the Briarwood and third-party owned properties. In this role, Ms. Colletta is charged with procurement of essential services, preventive and recurring maintenance, and tenant relations. For residential properties, Ms. Colletta coordinates new leases, renewals and re-sales to keep occupancy at a maximum. Additionally, Ms. Colletta manages the financial affairs of each property, maintains tight controls on operating costs, and provides owners with detailed accounting. Beyond that, Ms. Colletta executes sales and leasing campaigns for all Briarwood-developed ventures. Ms. Colletta is a licensed real estate broker and has over 20 years experience in property management.
Nicole Koumas Assistant Property Manager
Ms. Koumas is charged with running the daily operations of Briarwood Properties, Inc. and administering its finances. In this capacity, Ms. Koumas supervises on-site personnel, maintains communication with resident boards/associations, and handles tenant payments and billing for all owned and managed properties. In addition, Ms. Koumas is responsible for occupant satisfaction, addressing issues in a timely manner to maximize retention. Ms. Koumas also manages closings for all residential and commercial properties.
Cristihans Hurtado Customer Service Representative
Mr. Hurtado is charged with responding to tenant and owner concerns for all Briarwood-managed buildings as well as all newly constructed jobs. In this role, he handles property issues of all type and coordinates with the Assistant Property Manager and the On Site Property Manager to quickly implement solutions and facilitate repairs. Although Mr. Hurtado reports to Briarwood Properties, Inc., he also assists the construction managers with on-site quality control and monitoring labor. He has worked for Briarwood since 2000.
Lech Kolowski On Site Property Manager
Mr. Kolowski is responsible for all on-site management for the Briarwood Properties, Inc. commercial and residential portfolio. Mr. Kolowski routinely inspects properties, monitors general upkeep, initiates repairs, and manages capital improvement projects.
