Stasha Blagojevic Senior Planner

Ms. Blagojevic is responsible for analyzing construction feasibility and generating hard cost estimates for all potential ventures. In this capacity, Ms. Blagojevic closely studies challenges and opportunities for both the structural and design aspects of construction. Ms. Blagojevic evaluates zoning, site surveys, and all other construction-related variables. Based on this analysis, she verifies that the site is in line with the infrastructural and design requirements of the initial plans. She also maintains regular communication with architects throughout planning to make design adjustments. Once plans are finalized, she assists in producing timeframe projections and itemized estimates for labor, subcontracting, and procurement costs. Holding a Masters in Psychology, Ms. Blagojevic has over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in marketing research and planning, advertising planning and account management, banking/investment corporate services and facilities management, as well as non-profit administration and development.

Daniel Duka Senior Planner

Mr. Duka is responsible for analyzing the financial viability of all projects developed by the Briarwood. This role entails projecting the cost of all fees and debt servicing obligations, as well as determining the ideal configuration of private and public financing. Mr. Duka computes theses soft costs with estimates for construction costs and income to reveal profit margins for various sell-out points and long-term revenue streams. Based on this model, he identifies the most attractive development options and articulates their merits to Briarwood's principals. Mr. Duka has a degree in Economics. He attended the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics.
